All configuration and APIs are backward compatible.
From 1.0 to 1.1
If you are using JAR modules: upgrade JAR modules to 1.1 JAR modules. Modules must be recompiled with the correct package names (PipeT packages are now in the net.sf.pipet domain).
If you are exporting modules as web services: be aware that the server component is now in a separate JAR file. There is also a separate configuration file which specifies the HTTP port number, etc.
